Anne Kennard Ryan

Anne Kennard Ryan, 88, of Peterborough, New Hampshire passed away peacefully on March 14, 2024. She was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Richard Ryan, who died on March 1, 2021. She leaves behind her brother David Kennard, nephew Colin Kennard and one grandniece and one grandnephew.

Anne worked for Bechtel Corporation in Human Resources and traveled around the world with her husband before retiring in 1995 and moving to their home in Chesham, NH. Anne continued to work for her brother at Wellscroft Farm in Chesham for an additional 17 years. She loved working with the animals at the farm, in particular the working border collies. She also spent time volunteering at Monadnock Community Hospital and other charitable organizations. She moved with her husband to RiverMead in Peterborough in 2013 where she lived with her dog Emmie and made treasured friendships.

There will be no services, however donations may be made in Anne’s memory to Monadnock Community Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
