Bicknell lll was predeceased by his son Bicknell lV.

Bick was known for his friendly nature and great sense of humor. He was a devoted, loving husband  and considered himself a lucky man to have been married to two wonderful women. He was gregarious and fun-loving and it didn’t take much to entice him into putting on his tap shoes and entertaining a crowd. He loved music! In his younger years he played the clarinet but later he picked up the harmonica and enjoyed playing for family and friends. He had a fondness for woodworking and on his first visit to RiverMead he surveyed their workshop and reported back that it passed muster and that he could be happy working there. He made wonderful friends at RiverMead and enjoyed their company; taking day trips, dining out, dancing, playing a round of golf or sharing his skills at the pool table. He also loved traveling with Nancy and Penny; visiting beautiful places and meeting interesting people along the way. And aboard Dreki he spent many memorable summers sailing along the coast of Maine.

He remains at the helm; charting his own course, being one with the stars and having gone home to a peaceful harbor. Smooth sailing, Dad. We love and miss you.

The family would like to thank the dedicated staff at RiverMead for their loving care and kindness. Penny and Bick were in the best of hands.
