Celina E. Gavitt

Peterborough, NH Celina Gavitt was the beloved daughter of the late Audrey and Ray Gavitt of Peterborough, NH . She passed away peacefully at Good Shepherd Nursing Center in Jaffrey, New Hampshire on April 7, 2015. After living at Cedarcrest and Laconia State School and Training Center Celina moved to a group home at Pine Street in Peterborough, and was served both vocationally and residentially by the Monadnock Developmental Services, Monadnock Worksource and Chesco. Celina was a joyful person who loved music and dance, travels to the beach, stuffed animals, good food and her many friends. She had a wonderful smile and a great sense of humor. Celina and her family were blessed with and grateful for her many special caregivers. Celina is survived by her brother Michael Gavitt of Rhode Island and sister-in-law Julie Gavitt of Rumford, Rhode Island. Her brother David Gavitt pre-deceased her. Arrangements will be announced at a later date.
