Christopher John Lehman, 39, of Peterborough died unexpectedly on October 5, 2017 at his home in Peterborough. Chris was born in Lowell, MA on January 22, 1978, the son of Helen Lehman and John Leoutsacos.
Chris enjoyed sharing his passions with family and friends from across the world. He had a special way of connecting with others through his interests. He enjoyed writing movie reviews, inventing his own sauce recipes, and listening to an eclectic range of music. He incorporated his love for recipes and connecting with others through his reviews of local restaurants on his blog, I Know This Little Place. Chris had a longstanding love for Transformers and all things comic books. On any given weekend, you could find Chris searching and hunting through comic books stores for hidden gems. He was always so proud of his comics, his reviews and his cooking creations. His sense of humor, his quick wit and his boisterous laughter touched the hearts of many.
In addition to his parents, Chris is survived by his maternal grandfather Charles Lehman; his aunts and uncles: Joann Spence, Brian Lehman, David Lehman, Jeffrey Lehman, Donna Lehman, Laurie Lotti, Douglas Lehman, Hope Bowman and Katherine Griffin as well as many beloved cousins and dear friends.
A visiting hour will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017 from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM at Jellison Funeral Home, 25 Concord Street, Peterborough. A Memorial Service will immediately follow at 5:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Chris’ name to: The Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, One Medical Center Drive, HB 7070, Lebanon, NH 03756.
