Deborah J. Russell died Sunday October 14, 2018, in Concord after a long period of declining health. She was surrounded by family at the time of her death. She was born in Peterborough January 30, 1954, to Clifford T. and Beulah (Jones) Russell.
Deborah grew up in Greenfield, attended Conval and lived in the area for most of her life until moving later in life to Belmont. She worked at Data Products, Conelec, and NHBB Peterborough. She loved swimming, camping, and a good Mai Tai on a Friday night. No one could ever match her pies, although in her later years she forgot the sugar once in a while.
In addition to her son Kevin of Belmont, Deborah is survived by her sisters; Kathleen Courser of Dalton, Diana Rantilla of Peterborough and Cheryl Paakkonen of Belmont; sisters-in-law Irene Russell of Pittsburg, JoAnn Russell of Greenfield; nieces Stephanie Blackall of Manchester, Shari Lapierre of Dublin and Kimberly St. James of Jaffrey, as well as nephews Raymond Russell of Greenfield and Michael Rantilla of Colorado Springs; 5 great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Clifford T. (Spuddy) Russell and Ronald (Bubba) Russell.
There will be no calling hours or services per Deborah’s request. If anyone who knew her would like to, a charitable donation may be made in her name to CHAD or Liberty House Veterans Shelter in Manchester.
