Jacob James Macedo

Jacob James Macedo, infant son of Kaylee Clarke and Timothy Macedo of Peterborough, died on May 25, 2014 at Monadnock Community Hospital.

In addition to his parents, Jacob is survived by his maternal grandparents, Judith Clarke of CA and Kenneth Clarke of Peterborough, and his paternal grandparents, Michael Macedo of VT and Kristen Pratt of Charlsetown.

Services will be private for the family.
