Hancock, NH Joi Allison (Hodge) Fowler, 43, of Hancock died unexpectedly on August 4 2016 at her home in Hancock. Joi was born in Keene on February 3, 1973, the daughter of Glen Hodge and Marjorie (Bowen) Hodge. Joi grew up in Claremont, N.H., Delta Junction, Alaska, and Hancock, N.H., graduating from ConVal High School in 1991. She settled in Antrim, N.H. to start her own family. She was a devoted mother to her four wonderful boys and gave unselfishly to their needs above her own. She was involved with the childrens' school and sports, and drove a school bus for several years. As a young mother, she gave her bone marrow for a life-saving transplant. She was a patient and compassionate caregiver at Monadnock Worksource, Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center and, most recently, at Robin Hill Farm where she will be greatly missed. Joi will be remembered for her infectious laugh and smile, her tender heart and her fierce love and pride for her whole family. She touched so many people and we will have her in our hearts and best memories forever. In addition to her parents of Loudon, Joi is survived by her four children: Daniel, Joshua, and Seth Fowler, and Dylan Hodge, her brother Adam Hodge and his wife Holly of Loudon, grandparents Connie and Fred Pierce of Winter Haven, Florida, as well as many nieces and nephews. Memorial visiting hours will be held on Friday, August 12th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Jellison Funeral Home, 25 Concord Street, Peterborough. In lieu of flowers, Glen and Marjorie Hodge have set up the Joi Fowler's Boys Fund. Contributions for the fund can be made at any TD Bank location.
