Lillian L. Born

Harrisville, NH Lillian L. Born, 80, of Harrisville, died on February 16, 2015 at Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough after a brief illness. She was born in Butte, MT on April 1, 1934, the daughter of Eugene Fullmer and Linda (Guay) Fullmer. Lillian moved to the area in 1968 after having lived in New Jersey for a number of years. She settled in Peterborough until she and her beloved husband of 63 years Henry Born, Sr., moved to Harrisville in 1976. Lillian loved being outside spending time in her garden and enjoyed fishing. Her most treasured moments, however, were spent with her family and especially her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters Kathryn Salamy of Peterborough and Helen Ide of AL; her five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her son Henry Born, Jr who died in 2008. Services will be private for the family. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Lillian's name to the Monadnock Humane Society, 101 West Swanzey Road, Swanzey, NH 03446.
