Mae S. Kereazis, 91, of Peterborough, NH and Warehouse Point, CT passed away suddenly on July 2, 2016 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Brighton, MA. Mae was born in Peterborough, NH on May 3, 1925 the daughter of Joseph and Minnie (Sweeney) Sangermano. She graduated from Peterborough High School and married the late Paul Kereazis from Bennington. Shortly after they got married they moved to Manchester, NH and then to Warehouse Point, CT where they lived for over 50 years before moving back to Peterborough in 2012. She worked at Verney Mills in Peterborough and upon moving to Connecticut she began a long career in insurance at Connecticut General where she retired at an early age. Mae had a love for flowers, singing, crocheting, knitting and baking especially at the holidays. She loved spending time at the ocean in York Beach, Maine and taking weekend trips to Inn's around New England. Mae is survived by her brothers, Antonio Sangermano and his wife Avril of Jaffrey and Joseph Sangermano and his wife Christine of Dublin; her sisters Violet Despres and her husband Dave of Peterborough, Norma Whitney of Dublin, and Anita Miller of Rindge; her sisters-in-law Helen Pinney of Jaffrey and Carol Sangermano of Rindge. She will also be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family. In addition to her husband Paul Kereazis, she is predeceased by her brothers, William and Philip Sangermano and her sisters Lucinda DeLille and Viola Toussant. Calling hours will be at 9:30 AM at the Jellison Funeral Home on Friday July 8th, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at Divine Mercy Parish, 12 Church Street, Peterborough, NH. Monsignor Gerald Belanger will be the Celebrant. Burial will follow, next to her beloved husband, in Pine Hill Cemetery.
