July 22, 1945 — February 14, 2014

Greenfield, NH Steven C. Robertson, 68 of Greenfield, died at Cheshire Medical Center on February 14, 2014 after a period of failing health. He was born in Peterborough on July 22, 1945, the son of John T. Robertson and Rachel E. (Caughey) Robertson.

Steven lived most of his life in Greenfield. He was very active in 4-H as a young man and won several awards. His passion was farming and he belonged to the Tractor Club in Greenfield and the Red and White and Black and White Holstein Dairy Cattle Association.

He loved to travel and spent a lot of time traveling around NH and VT going to auctions and just enjoying the scenery. His favorite place was the White Mountains area and he would often be found studying maps of the area, particularly the mountainous regions. Steven's greatest joy in life was when he spent nearly two months with his sister Elizabeth on a trip across the United States to Alaska and back.

Steven served as a selectman for the Town of Greenfield and operated Otter Lake Farm. He was also a member of the Odd Fellows. Steven is survived by his siblings Elizabeth Robertson of Antrim, John Robertson, Jr. of Antrim, and Robert Robertson of Northwood. He will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews.
